This is an excellent role reporting directly to the Managing Director for a strong HR generalist looking to progress their career and fast paced commercial organisation with a real opportunity to fast track to director level. Key responsibilities: - Business partner to the MD
- Providing direction and leading organisational development efforts
- Coordination and implementation of systems, processes, and policies
- Setting up and running programs regarding recruitment, succession planning, talent development and management training
- HR lead on projects
- Provide HR support to European subsidiaries in accordance with the HR Director Europe
Your credentials: - Relevant undergraduate degree
- Extensive practical experience in various staff functions either as an HR Manager or as an HR Expert with a desire to move into a more complex HR generalist role with an international group
- Experience of working as a business partner to senior management
- Ability to provide HR management support with a structured, process driven, customer service approach
- understanding of UK employment law
- Ideally will have international experience
