Our client is a billion dollar global company with a diverse and well known product range making them one of the leaders of their industry sector. The company has manufacturing bases in both the US and Europe and sells into a broad range of sectors. Reporting directly to the VP Sales Europe this is an excellent role for an experienced and motivated sales leader.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating ten sales managers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Driving continued growth across the region
• Setting and achieving budgets
• Identifying, managing and prioritizing new opportunities
• Providing market research and analysis while identifying new opportunities

Person Specification

• Fluent in English and German with a University Degree
• Strong business focus and sector understanding
• Proven track record in sales leadership
• Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team
• Project management experience
