Our client is a US headquartered multi billion dollar, highly respected, results-driven corporation that has year after year achieved double digit growth organically and through acquisition. This is a key position and leads, motivates, trains, develops and retains a successful international sales team. This role is highly visible with excellent opportunities for career progression.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Grow sales and margin to increase market share through effective promotion and sales leadership.
  • Develop, implement and manage strategic sales efforts to meet sales goals and forecasts.
  • Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to improve the performance of the various sales teams.
  • Manage monthly/weekly accurate forecast of revenue and profit in line with sales controlling.
  • Prepare annual business plan and manage budget.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure they are providing the right tools to assist sales.

Your credentials

  • Bachelors degree and experience in Networks, test/measurement sales or equivalent
  • Tenacious sales leader with a proven track record of success in selling via channels.
  • Proven track record in international sales and management.
  • In depth knowledge of International sales & marketing
  • Highly developed analytical capability
  • Bilingual (English with Dutch/French/Swedish)
