Key responsibilities - Grow sales and margin to increase market share through effective promotion and sales leadership.
- Develop, implement and manage strategic sales efforts to meet sales goals and forecasts.
- Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to improve the performance of the various sales teams.
- Manage monthly/weekly accurate forecast of revenue and profit in line with sales controlling.
- Prepare annual business plan and manage budget.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure they are providing the right tools to assist sales.
Your credentials - Bachelors degree and experience in Networks, test/measurement sales or equivalent
- Tenacious sales leader with a proven track record of success in selling via channels.
- Proven track record in international sales and management.
- In depth knowledge of International sales & marketing
- Highly developed analytical capability
- Bilingual (English with Dutch/French/Swedish)
