Duties and Responsibilities - Develop robust sales processes and strategic go to market plans to achieve growth and increased market share
- Identify and develop new channel partners
- Develop and maximise the existing distribution network
- Manage the distribution centre and drive improvements
- Manage, motivate, recruit and lead the European team
Person Specification - Undergraduate degree, preferably with an MBA
- Strategically focused sales leader with a proven track record of developing strategy into results
- Entrepreneurial self starter with a goal focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong financial acumen
- Experience in creating and implementing robust sales precesses
- Record of sales success with sufficient marketing experience to strategically approach the market and build brands
- A background in Hand Tools is preferred though experience in hardware or hard goods manufacturing will suffice
