Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the marketing/sales action plans, advertising/promotion campaigns and product management
• Responsible for the company's market research and identifying market niche opportunities
• Managing the marketing Department
• Setting pricing strategies
• Responsibility for the annual strategic plan contributions for Europe

Person Specification

• Masters degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Demonstratable in depth knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
• Ability to develop and manage projects, strategies and manage people
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal team building skills
• International Experience
• Willingness to Travel
