Operating from the London office is a multi cultural team of consultants and researchers perfectly placed with the language and geographical knowledge to manage any pan European Search.

Over recent years ambitious senior managers and directors have become increasingly geographically mobile in order to compete in the global marketplace. Intellectual and cultural challenges exist beyond more traditional and mature markets, and as a result, international cross-border search has become critical even for local hires.

We operate with the energy and hunger of a boutique firm, yet with the infrastructure and professionalism of a large corporate. We are driven by metrics and process, aligned with time to fill and cost per hire ratios as key priorities.

Our set-up of employing a European team through a single London location allows us to perform seamless multi-country search across all of Europe for clients better than the vast majority of our competitors.

We conduct search starting at base salaries of $110,000 / €70,000 which means that we are able to effectively work on a much broader range of searches than many of our competitors.
