As an executive search and selection firm with regional and global reach, Carmichael FIsher is retained to find exceptional talent from chief executive to divisional and sector heads.    We know each business and individual is unique and therefore each brief is unique. Demonstrated success in one organisation will not guarantee the same result in another.

Our consultants work in close partnership with our clients.  They all have a proven track record in their chosen sector, are happy to substantiate their expertise and provide references and examples of previous work.

When a brief is confirmed we assemble the best and most relevant team including consultants across different offices and regions as well as  our in-house research teams.  From here we build a detailed and realistic assignment specification.

Our search is exhaustive thoroughly covering all markets, continuing whatever challenge we encounter. In some markets and regions we support the search process with advertising, and we have preferred space with the leading publications.  Advertising can be cost and time effective, particularly when candidates can come from different backgrounds.

Our interview approach is evidence-based to ensure a close fit with the criteria of a brief.  From here we will assess the cultural fit.  Extensive reference checking is carried out on all successful candidates and afterwards there is ongoing communication to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
