Research Associate/ Trainee Consultant         Melbourne

As a result of increased demand in mandates we are seeking a Research Associate/ Trainee Consultant to join our Melbourne team.

You will be high calibre graduate with 1-2 years experience in a sales based role. Polished, well presented and articulate with a strong phone manner, you will be confident in meetings and have the ability to interact at the highest level within a diverse range of industries including HR, Finance, Professional Services and Industry & Commerce.

Your written skills will be strong and you will have a natural sales flair with strong stakeholder skills. Potential candidates may come from a sales, telemarketing, or HR Resourcing/ Recruitment background.

This role has genuine career potential for the right candidate. You will be working alongside some of the most successful and seasoned search professionals in our industry and the right candidate will be groomed to move into the role of a Consultant.

Computer literacy with some experience of using database systems would be advantageous.
