The Challenge

Growth had created a need for an additional senior strategy person in an area where candidates with strategic background and practical application are in high demand and short supply.

The Approach

Whilst we agreed on an Australia-wide search and to simply keep in mind any candidates living overseas, within a period of three weeks we identified four candidates in Australia and three in the UK.  We agreed with the client four different backgrounds and researched these with networks from other, similar briefs.

The Result

A strong shortlist from each of the different backgrounds considered suitable.
